What is BookNook?

BookNook is a K-8 literacy program that offers synchronous learning for small group or individual skill development. Our mission is to ensure equitable access to rigorous and engaging instruction through technology innovations.

At the heart of BookNook is our belief in collaborative learning where students engage with diverse and interactive lessons with an educator supporting them through the process.

Benefits of the Program

High Impact

Evidence-based, one-on-one or small group tutoring occurring a minimum of three to four times per week.

Engaging High Quality Literacy

Scaffolded learning supports teachers and non-teachers. Engaging games and activities make BookNook Sessions fun.

Spanish Language Support

Spanish support with scaffolding in written and audio. Special prompts included for instructors/tutors who don’t speak Spanish.
